Beach Dr is a mile long street with approximately 100 homes. Approximately half of those homes are rentals. The first 25 homes on the right are beachfront and condo style, with adjoining walls. This area is referred to as the island. The next area is called the strip. This area offers approximately 35 more homes located across the street (Beach Dr) from the beach; all of these homes offer an unobstructed view and easy beach access. There is also about forty homes located behind the security gates at the end of Beach Dr. This area offers homes right on the sand along with a less traveled part of the beach.
