Seacliff is a quarter mile north of the Rio Del Mar Flats in Aptos.  This area sits on the cliffs just over the beach.  Some of the houses have ocean view.  Most all of the homes are within walking distance to the Seacliff state beach.  (Cement Boat)  There is a staircase that takes you down to the beach.
